The Brunei environment for vegetation includes a unique combination of soil makeup, climatic conditions and client requirements that must be accommodated for successful establishment of grassed and other (legume or ground covers) areas. The factors affecting the vegetation are outlined below :
Soil
- High clay content - often heavy cracking.
